Jack Anderson, President Jack founded Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. (IRS) in 1983 along with IRS's sister company, Tech Design/Build & Remodeling, Inc. Jack earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Rhode Island and his MBA at Bryant College. Jack has also completed coursework in construction methods and technologies at URI, the University of Virginia and at the University of Connecticut. He has been awarded a Graduate Builders Degree and holds the designation of Certified Graduate Remodeler. Jack is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, and is past chairman of the Rhode Island Builders Association Remodelers Council. Jack is married to Karen and together they have 3 children and 6 grand children.
Roland Vincent, Executive Vice President & COO Roland has been with Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. for twenty-two years. Roland's responsibilities include estimating, scheduling and production management. He is an expert in Reconstruction of fire and water damage. Roland received a BA from Rhode Island College and a MS from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Steve Rioux, Project Manager As a Project Manager with IRS, Steve's duties include inspection, estimation, supervision and administration of drying, cleaning, restoration and reconstruction projects. Steve graduated from Central Maine Community College with an Associates Degree in Mechanical Design Drafting. He has been in the industry since 1989 and has owned several restoration companies throughout Maine and Florida.
Tom Thompson, Project Manager Prior to joining IRS Tom had 20 years of experience as an independent contractor in the eastern Connecticut area. He has a wealth of knowledge in structural reconstruction in both residential and commercial buildings, and has worked on numerous insurance losses. He has done everything from building new houses to remodeling and roofing. Tom is a graduate of New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI. Tom lives with his wife and three children in Canterbury, Connecticut, and is involved in several civic and youth athletic activities.
Ross Landers, Senior Project Manager, Reconstruction Specialist Ross is a Senior Project Manager at Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. He has been with IRS since 2005. Having owned his own construction company for many years, he has a strong background in commercial and residential construction and remodeling, and is a skilled cabinet maker. Ross received his BA degree from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, and is a qualified Construction Supervisor. Ross has become an expert in the structural issues of rebuilding fire-damaged structures.
George Salter, Director of Marketing George joined Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. after a 32 year career as an independent insurance agent. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing Insurance Reconstruction Services, Inc. services to the insurance industry, health care, real estate, property management and various other markets. George is a past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island, the East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, and the East Greenwich Rotary Club, and is a past Chairman of the East Greenwich Zoning Board of Review.
