In addition, IRS has completed repair work and consultation following other cleaning and restoration companies. Wasting time is wasting money. When we receive your call, whether it’s at 3:00 in the morning or on a busy holiday weekend, our Emergency Response Team will respond immediately. A Team Leader will be enroute to the loss location within minutes, and will be on site within hours, not days.
Mobilization
As soon as we understand the nature and magnitude of the loss, we will assemble the right team of people and the right equipment to get the job done. We can draw upon pre-arranged agreements with suppliers in your immediate area to have equipment and supplies on site right away.
Communication
We will be in constant contact with the property owner or manager, the insurance carrier if applicable, the insurance agent if applicable, and anyone else who needs to be involved throughout the process, so you are always aware of what is happening and what is going to happen next. Effective communication is instrumental in making the project run smoothly and to get the building back to pre-loss condition.
