IRS is a General Contractor. We'll manage the entire restoration process from the emergency response to the finished restoration. If the property owner so chooses. We have subcontractors who have made a commitment to respond when we call, and to do the highest quality work. With twenty-two years experience, there is no type of emergency we cannot handle.
Our Emergency Response Vehicle is kept in a heated garage and is ready to go on a moment's notice. The truck is equipped with everything that is needed for an emergency call.
We have highly skilled, professional people who do exceptionally fine work. We are skilled in the replication of special architectural features often found in older, expensive homes.
IRS is very competitively priced. We write an accurate scope (estimate) that includes all of the work that needs to be done.
Our focus is on each customer. We are sensitive to their anxieties at the time of a loss, and we do everything in our power to make the restoration process as painless as possible.
We communicate with all parties, clearly and accurately. Nobody is left out of the loop.
